You will not be charged immediately for your order. Payment will be pre-authorised to confirm order (transaction will appear in your bank account) but I will manually approve to ensure compatibility and clarity, and to quote return postage (if chosen). Upon approval you must organise postage to my address. I do not claim responsibility for improper removal, packing or re-installation on your end. Sent in items will be photographed on arrival and before dispatch to ensure integrity and proof of repair. If I manage to damage your item during repair or testing (unlikely due to the nature of these repairs) I will responsibly cover replacement, however I will provide no after sale warranty or refunds due to no influence over re-installation.
If local pick up/drop off is applicable to you I am more than happy to help remove/install pieces.
Repair turn around time (not including postage) is approx 12-24 hours. Expect the entire process to take not more than a few days, especially with express postage. Please do not purchase this service at a time where you know you will need to use your cruiser urgently… I am a one man team so delays may arise.
